3. Send Us Your Ring

Securely package your ring and send it to our workshop using the prepaid shipping label we provide. Please ensure the ring is protected during transit.

4. Expert Resizing

Our skilled jewellers will carefully resize your ring to ensure a perfect fit. We handle each piece with the utmost care and precision.

5. Quality Check

Once resized, your ring undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets all our stringent standards.

6. Return Delivery

We’ll send the resized ring back to you, free of charge. Our aim is to have your ring back on your finger as swiftly as possible.

What You Need to Know:

– Eligibility: Free resizing is available once per purchase within 60 days of the original delivery date.

– Time Frame: Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your ring for the resizing process and return delivery.
